Ally FInancial is the worst finance company I ever delt with. I refinanced my car loan with another company and they overnighted a check they still went ahead and drafted my bank account $194 which caused me to have overdraft fees. I have called several times and I can get my money which is $220.97. This is rediculous. I will be contacting an attorney which will cost them alot more money then my $220.97 and 3 NSF fees of $35 each. No one wants to help me. I have called numberous times and still I cant get my money back.
