  2. Went to go check on my unit in pasadena tx., hadn’t been there for quite sometime, found I was locked out because past-due payment. I made the payment a week prior to arriving there. went to the office bought new lock and got the office worjerr t unlock my unit. when i opened the unit to my surprise I was missing two TVs, one queen size bed and a few other small items. Reported to the office manager she said she would make an incident report. come to find out they had cut my lock off, left the unit unlocked for about a week before installing their lock out lock, and items mysteriously disappeared during tjat time I believe it may have been an inside job.. and now they don’t want to be responsible for my missing items

  4. Good Morning I went to pay my bill on September 27, 2018 Only to find out that my belongings were auctioned off the week prior. I am very upset that no one followed the proper precautions and let me know where they were actually my belongings or told me there was going to be an auction date. Employee Keisha Cudjoe Was very rude and adamant about me not responding to several messages when I then expressed that the email does not state anything about an auction she then said she has it in her file I requested her to print it out and show it to me. According to the BBB which is the Better Business Bureau it states I should receive a certified letter. Miss Keisha said we did send you a letter and then I asked her to print it and show me the tracking. When I tracked The letter in question it says that it’s still in transit. This makes no sense to me that over $5000 worth of belongings equipment documentation is missing and was auctioned off. I noticed that CubeSmart left a voicemail on the 19th and my belongings were auctioned off on 21 September. I need my belongings and my personal documents which include my social my life insurance policy my degree my GED my diploma my registration which allows me to practice massage therapy in New York my massage chair massage table and a whole bunch of other which they stole . The other employee was Rae Grant who informed that she was the person who put my belongings up for Auction.

  5. This is a formal complaint in regards to the cube unit that is located at 4268 Third Ave. Bronx, NY 10457. My mother had passed away March 2nd. I quickly disposed many of her items and stored what was fearing to me such as pictures etc… To only have recently stop by and see the damage from water. Filed a complaint and claim to only be told that it’s been several complaints for sometime at this location in regards to this matter and insurance does not cover water coming from another location to the basement units but yet allow clients to continue storing their items in there and not care to have the courtesy to inform of possible damage that is not covered. Now with all my memories of my mother damaged and nothing can be done is not only careless of the staff and management but also to the company itself with not being held accountable for such damage that has been reaccurring for God knows how long.
