I recently made a hotel reservation on 12/15 – Confirmation#143848603706 charged to my VISA card ending in 7274. They have processed a refund on a credit card that I do not have and I would like to speak to someone in HQ to file a formal complaint. I have provided proof that my debit VISA card was charged ending in 7274. I would like to speak someone in headquarters to have this issue resolved or I will contact my attorney.
